WHO WE ARE

Forward Mentorship is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by UC alumni with the goal of supporting students as they navigate their academic journey and early career. 


Through Forward, you will gain the unique opportunity to network and learn from a diverse group of mentors in fields ranging from engineering and science, to healthcare and design. We are here to bridge the gap between your studies and the real world, helping you develop the discipline and grit necessary to achieve your goals and secure your future career.

01 GROUP MENTORSHIP

We have 3-4 weeks long mentorship tracks that meet once a week. Each session starts with dinner, then dives into topics ranging from leadership to relationships to shaping a life of purpose.

Throughout the year, we host workshops and events to equip you for post-grad life. Pull up to build your network, level up in career readiness, and learn practical skills you wouldn't get in class or on the job!
